Job Description
- Engage in meaningful conversations with clients, understanding their needs, and articulating the value of our products.
- Reporting to the Senior Head of our Hong Kong office, you'll play a crucial role in resolving complaints, enhancing processes, and preventing future issues.
- Take charge of maintaining accurate inventory records and comprehensive account notes to uphold meticulous documentation standards.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of client needs.
- This role is open to fresh graduates looking to start a professional journey.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Good to have a strong background in IT Sales, with a proven track record of success in selling cloud storage and network systems.
- Good to be able to collect, track, and analyze extensive data sets, demonstrating a keen analytical mindset.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese, ensuring effective communication in diverse business environments.
- An outgoing and engaging personality!
