1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has background in managing business projects for about 15+ years; 10+ years she has spent in technology and about 8+ years in transformation. Her career started with managing business projects then went back to school for an MBA degree. After that, had her first Business Analyst role with XXXX where she managed strategic initiatives and complex IT projects covering 3-4 departments. She worked on sectors including government, both public and private, finance, and IT companies. Her background and experiences are more on the business side although can still read the fine print of the technical side. Her most recent role was with XXXX as an Associate Director where she worked with 2 partners to build their management consulting team.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her great skills with strategy; she is leaning to work more on strategic projects/initiatives. She has a very strategic eye, can understand the fine print, and can still look at the bigger picture. Another specialization she has is transformation; she always look at the bigger picture to see what legacy programs can still be migrated and shifted to make the organization efficient and flow better. Last thing is her good skills in senior stakeholder management; she enjoys meeting with different senior stakeholders and being a people influencer. She also loves to help each department with their pain points and priorities; good with communication as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has about 2+ years of experience in senior/directorship roles. She believes her three core skills would be a great fit for the role. Can handle/work with a diverse and distributed team given her experience in driving projects, communication, and motivating a team. Her skillset in working with North America and APAC is a good additional to the Product Direct role as well. Not much experience with gaming industry/game development but is strong with product/project directorship.
