1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated from XXXX with Major in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, joined as a Junior Application Developer for XXXX where he was responsible for developing some applications for their warehouse. After that, joined XXXX as a Software Development Trainee and is currently working with XXXX as a Java Programmer. He is mainly responsible here for maintaining container terminal operation system and developing features for their automated terminal. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skills would be mainly in the programming side especially when it comes to Java programming. He is currently doing this as a daily task in XXXX and can also be confident working on it for other projects as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 2+ years of experience software development industry and is strong with Java since he has been using this since the start of his career and study. He also has experience with Java Spring/Spring Boot. Good with backend development and design as well.
