1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been working in the IT Industry for about 10+ years although not having an IT degree but has lots of certifications and took lots of courses in IT. For his past roles, he was mainly a team lead and senior for data and backend development. He is proficient with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, and DataBricks. He is currently with XXXX under XXXX where he is responsible for daily development tasks of their projects, before this he was with another customer called XXXX where he is in charge of developing efficient and robust pipelines for them. He is proficient with Python and Java since he has been using these for several years now. Most of his roles before XXXX are involved with Big Data Engineering, he was with three different companies in that same role so he has experience with CI/CD pipelines, using cloud services, and such.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be data and backend development since he has been doing this since the start of his career. He is good with different technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL. For the programming languages, he is excellent with Python, Java, and Scala; he can write and do the optimization based on these languages. Some of his soft skills would be his great communication skills and can quickly familiarize himself with team members.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 10+ years of experience in data engineering industry. Strong with Python since he mainly uses this for ETL, data mining in ML OPS. Aside from that, he’s good with Java as well as Spring Boot/Spring especially for backend development. Great experience with automated data pipelines, ETL, and such. For the databases, he is knowledgeable with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ. For the cloud services, he is good with Azure, AWS, and DataBricks.
