1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has nearly 4 years of experience as a Process Engineer in both XXXX and XXXX. She started off with XXXX as a Management Trainee and was involved in lots of projects, most of them being successful and brought lots of revenue for the company. After that, she moved to XXXX as a Process Engineer for display where she conducted experimental process for introducing new adhesive materials to replace existing materials for cost reduction and increased efficiency. She was also engaged here in CMUT Acoustic Sensor Development project.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skills would be her quick learning skills and can learn any new technology in no time. Aside from that, she believes she is a self-disciplined person and can manage herself properly. She also has good communication skills with her team, colleagues, clients, and such. She has DoE, Six Sigma, and Microsoft Office Certifications.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has mostly worked as a Process Engineer in the display industry and is only familiar of the LCD process but not much on the electronics hardware engineering. In his previous and current job, she mostly has worked with large displays.
