1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His first job was with XXXX as a Scada Programming Engineer where he was in charged for programming the Scada system and PLCs. He was also responsible for the human-matching interface of their systems. After that, joined XXXX as an R&D Manager where he started as an Electronics Engineer to design their remote control system for their machines, then later on was the R&D Manager for them where he took care of all the technical parts and the operation; he changed their mechanical system to an electronic one mostly with microcontrollers, sensors, and everything. Then, he switched to XXXX as an Electronic Designer where he worked on a prototype of an IoT bot for measuring data in wine fermentation. He is currently working with XXXX as an R&D Engineering Manager where he is in charge of the whole department including mechanical & electronics engineering of 25 people.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his strong technical background since he has graduated from Industrial and Electronic Engineering. He is proficient with schematics, PLCs, and can also use solid wires to design mechanical parts as well.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 12+ years of experience in the electronics engineering industry. He has experience with PCB design, embedded system, and can program using C/C++ and Python. He is also good with FPGA programming, VHDL, Altera FPGAs, and have experience with technical data analysis as well. Very proficient with schematics, board layouts, and both digital/analog circuits. He also has great experience working with R&Ds, has worked on display devices as well.
