1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Have been in the industry for more than 15 years now and recently with Accenture as a Senior Executive Manager where he led the development of several Metaverse projects. Before that, he was a Senior Producer for XXXX and was doing some project management, production coordination, and lots of pitches; he worked on different projects including mobile apps, AR/VR, consulting, desktop app, and Metaverse. He was also an Executive Producer/Creative Consultant for XXXX and basically completed the roadmap of their projects, mainly creating a prototype for an AI project; they were working on 3D characters that interacts with users for companionship purposes addressing different mental health concerns during the pandemic. Prior to that, was a Game Producer for XXXX and was focused more on mathematics, server development projects; was also a Senior Manager for XXXX somehow like a business developer/product owner and created several roadmaps for several business products up to the mobile app productions. He was the Head of Apps & Game Development and Head of Design for XXXX where he completed management of several mobile applications, games, and other digital solutions. Started off as an Art Department Manager for XXXX .

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great skills in the creative industry even in the gaming industry because he started as an artist, later on he transitioned to managing projects and leading the team. In terms of software, he uses lots of 2D and 3D tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Blender, Maya, and other applications. For the engine, he is knowledgeable with Unreal Engine and C# and Python.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has several years of being the Head and Executive levels in his previous jobs; also has lots of experience in the gaming industry and has hands-on game development experience himself. In terms of the China market, he has previous experience with XXXX where they developed some projects alongside Chinese Developers and were able to work with other partners in the industry as well with Chinese clients. Along with his experience in game development, he is also a Certified Product Owner.
