1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He first worked for XXXX as an Engineer where he programmed different instrument with microchip and acquired his knowledge there of Protel and Autocad in designing electronic circuit. He was responsible there for the software development of projects, PCB design using assembly language as well. After that, worked for XXXX as an After-Sale Engineer and also a Sales Director for XXXX where he promoted optical unit such as lens, mechanical shutters, IR cut for digital camera, and worked with factories such as BYD, TCL, HuaTai, OMG, and XiangDe. His last role was with XXXX as a Technical Support and was responsible for maintaining and repairing products that are not working already.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his strong background in sales and technical software programming. He has been doing sales for over 15 years now and started off with some technical roles way back in XXXX and also doing a technical role in previous job with XXXX.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has several years of experience in doing electronics engineering. Knowledgeable with some PCB designing as well as some schematics and board layouts. Not much experience with soldering and rework since most of roles before are focused on software side of electronics engineering.
