1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a Full Stack Developer with 1 ½ years of experience working in the FinTech industry. Majority of his career he has worked with Java backend, Spring, Quarkus, and Oracle database. After graduating, he did a volunteering work in Africa and then returned to Hong Kong to start his career with XXXX as an IT Specialist. He was mainly responsible here for full stack development focusing on Java backend development. He also sometimes provide Tier 3 supports when needed; was involved in several projects such as the maintenance of their investment platform, development of new online platform for XXXX, and others. He has been exposed to gathering user/business requirements, comparing existing system logic to come up with best solutions that can meet the requirement, and all the way to deploying the solution to their live application.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skills would be Java backend development since he has been doing this from the start of his career. He is also proficient with translating user requirement into a good Java design code especially during his time with past projects.

   He has 1+ years of experience in software development. Has good knowledge/experience with OOP and has created the foundation of their daily file exchange with the data warehouse of XXXX. He is also strong with Java and considers this as his strongest programming language.
