1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He used to work before for a power supply company in the PH, XXXX, as a Design Engineer and their main product are switch-mode power supplies and he handled products for servers before. After several months, he moved to China and worked for an LED company as an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer where they handled drivers for the LED. Currently working with XXXX, he’s part of the R&D, where he started off as an FA Lead Engineer for chargers, and their customer is one of the leading suppliers of mobile phones and they are designing their chargers; he handles all the failures including reliability, safety, functional, and production failures. His main job there is to find the root-cause of the problem and provide solutions. Last year, he was promoted as an EE Manager where he handles both the FA and EE team of about 11 people; he is managing the team, assign the tasks for each of them, and helps them solve problems together with the customers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great skills in problem-solving since he has been doing and part of R&D for about 12+ years now. He can easily think of ways on how to find solutions for their problems/issues. His years as an FA Engineer also honed him to become quicker in solving problems.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 12+ years of experience with electronics engineering industry. Has lots of experience in working with R&D and has been doing this for many years now. He is good with reading schematics, board layouts, and datasheets; willing to learn more about the video transport technology that the company is doing. Very familiar with test equipment and very good with doing technical data analysis/reports that are understandable for customers.
