Job Description

• After a very successful 2023 our client is now venturing into the exciting Dubai market and seeking a driven Operations Manager to be a pioneer in establishing and leading our UAE operations.

• Will report to the CEO of the company and lead the creation of the Dubai office and its team.

• Develop and implement a client acquisition and retention strategy tailored to the Dubai market, spearhead the setup and daily operations of our Dubai office and oversee administrative and call center functions.

• Regularly review and update operating procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth business operations and growth in the Dubai market.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Must have previous 5-10 years experience in Cryptocurrency CFD, and the Forex industry.

• Must have experience in setting up and running a business, office, and call center under UAE regulations,- including accounting & cost control practices, VAT, labor law, and compliance (documents, KYC, AML, and MIFID if applicable) with a proven track record of success in client acquisition, campaign management, and team leadership.

• Proficiency in tech such as VoIP, Microsoft 365, and relevant communication and administrative tools.

• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.

Salary

• +40k AED per month. Annual is open to market rate
