Job Description
- After a very successful 2023, looking for a new Senior Product Operations Manager.
- Responsible for managing product operation functions and different stages of new products for digital asset trading, commodities, US stocks, and foreign exchange.
- Be in charge of tracking product usage issues and direct communication form core customers and market feedback.
- Help in product operation strategies.
- Involved in collecting product data and provide insights/suggestions to product managers.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer or communication-related major.
- Has 3+ years of working experience and at least 2 years of experience in digital asset trading, etc.
- Must have experience and rich knowledge in Crypto.
- Knowledgeable with financial market and relevant regulations/risk management principles.
- Preferable with project management capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; both oral and written.
