Job Description
- After very successful year of 2023 and new projects, they are now looking for Senior System Engineer to join the team.
- Reporting to the Business Unit Head. Coordinate with the team and other teams if there’s a project or incident.
- Managing IT support, network administration, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems.
- Be involved in their daily for the implementation and support of our client’s IT Infrastructure and provide support L1 to L3 support.
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 2-7 years previous IT support background, either as Helpdesk, System Admin, or Technical Support.
- Has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, MS Office & 365 applications, Windows Server 2019 & 2016.
- Knowledgeable in Networking Concepts.
- Can speak fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Candidates with certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or MCSE, along with expertise in Cisco Firewall/switches, virtualization software, Citrix XenApp, SQL Server, Data Storage, SCCM, HA Cluster, Remote Desktop Services, and Cloud-based Architectures are preferred.
