Job Description
- After a very successful 2023 and new projects, looking for a new member to join the team.
- Reporting to the CTO. Preferably experienced with managing 8-9 developers.
- Will monitor developers, proactively addressing issues with the relevant stakeholders.
- Will act as the main point of contact for developers, handling technical inquiries and ensuring timely project completion.
- Will be coordinating with the London team for selecting interviews, shortlisting, selecting candidates.
- Will take ownership of the development process in Dubai and ensure successful handover and continuation of the project.
- Will lead upcoming sports/news OTT platform, collaborating with a UK partner from Netflix.
Key Candidate Criteria
- 5-10 years of experience working as a Tech Lead.
- Proficiency in both React Native for front-end development and Node.js for back-end development.
- Strong leadership to oversee 8-9 devs, collaborate with the London team, & facilitate the handover of a product mainframe to Dubai.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both junior and senior developers, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Managed multiple projects and relationships simultaneously with good communication skills.
