  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He graduated from XXXX in New York City in 1995. After he graduated, he worked there as a freelance graphic designer for a few years. Then he came back to Hong Kong for new career opportunities. He has been into different industries such as banking and finance, telecom and he spent there for about 10 years. He was working in XXXX up to December last year and after he left the company, he also worked for another education company for 4 months as a temporary job and then he worked for another company that provide robotics solution for construction and management companies. He spent over 10 years of time in education industry, pretty much doing sales and marketing operations and administration because he works for different learning canters and as a manager, he also oversees everything to make sure it is running smoothly. In terms of sales, he handled numbers of inquiries per day like for the student’s inquiries and he also create different kind of workflows and like company policies.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    His strength is in both sales and operation sides, but to him it’s more on the sales side. That’s why he wanted to step away from the education industry. He is also good with B2B sales and B2C sales. In B2B sales, he experienced this when he was working in the robotic industry for 5 months, and for B2C sales he experienced this in his recent job in the education industry.  
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has experience in B2B sales in engineering sectors, when he was working for the robotic solution service provider. He got connected with a lot of industrial associations and different construction associations and he got in touch with the members and key players of the construction industry like SOE, a very famous industrial association, China construction, Ray Construction, etc. Not only he can make a call directly to them, but also through different channels. Their company is selling robot solutions to construction companies like a robot that cleans the surface of the buildings. They sell these robots to construction companies so that instead of the traditional way, the robots will do that for them and avoid the danger in the industry. They also sell robot solutions in testing the building if there are any water leakage before deployment. They also sell a robot welder, to do the welding because not many young people want to do this job, they introduced a robot solution for that called robot welding.
