Job Description
- Will help assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager of the Dubai branch. Will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Should have an experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Should have a background doing B2C sales.
- Should have a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Can speak Mandarin, and good communication in English is good to have.
