Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for new IT Network and Desktop Support Engineer to join the team
- Will report to the stakeholders about the network status.
- Help with the configuration and installation of the different network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc)
- Help and able to perform the monitoring and network maintenance and upgrades like patching, latest firmware releases, schedules upgrades, and security configurations.
- Be involved in responding to the network faults and provide support and troubleshoot to solve the network and desktop issues.
Key Candidate Criteria
- With bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field
- At least 3 years previous Network Engineer, Technical support, or related background.
- CCNA / CCNP and other network & security certification is a plus
- Has extensive knowledge in Networking protocols (IPSEC, OSPF, BGP etc.)
- Ideally with knowledge in Active Directory, Windows servers (2012/2019)
- Able to handle the Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint & Azure environments.
- Must have a hand-on experience in monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
