Job Description
- Will provide exceptional customer experience and act as a point of contact to our high net worth customers resolving any issues and offering support across their experience.
- Reporting to the Senior Head of the Dubai Office. Will retain and grow your customer portfolio by providing personalized support and access to the information our customers need.
- Providing feedback to relevant departments on customers' needs; expectations and frustrations.
- Answering Chinese customer e-mails, assisting with client deposits, trading, withdrawals, and client training.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have a strong background in the forex/banking/finance/fintech/stock exchange industry.
- Must be an experienced customer service manager, previously leading large teams. Preferably at the Assistant VP level.
- Ability to provide Professional Services.
- Can speak fluent English and Cantonese.
