Job Description
- After a very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new members to join the team
- Manage, identify and hire a team of Engineers and Solution Architects.
- Responsible for developing a strong partnership with field sales teams and executing sales strategies with partner organizations and field sales teams
- Manage and optimize engineering utilization and develop the technical expertise of the team
- Be responsible for driving services growth and focusing on profitability and monitoring and controlling the costs and expenses and managing the scope and proposal process
Key Candidate Criteria
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a team
- Must have 8 years of experience in a presales and post-sales role
- Must have extensive experience of working with Data Center, Systems, Networking, Security, Unified Communications, Cloud, Storage, etc and working with technology vendors and/or VARs
- Has experience at VAR, leading engineering teams would be a massive advantage
- Can speak fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese not required
