Job Description
- After very successful 2023, currently have 10 -15 technical support and looking for new one to join the team in the 3rd data centre opened in Hong Kong.
- Reporting to the Head of the IT team in Hong Kong.
- Assisting with IT-related projects, upgrades, and deployments, providing technical assistance to end-users.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Ideally must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in data centre support.
- Must have experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and support.
- Interested in further specialize purely in IT solutions, locally based in or willing to move to Hong Kong.
- Can speak fluent English and Mandarin
