Job Description
- After very successful 2023 and new projects, looking for new System Engineer to join the team
- Responsible for IT support, network administration, desktop/server hardware and software, and different application systems
- Help and provide L1 to L3 support if there’s an escalation.
- Coordinate with the team and other teams if there’s a project or incidents.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years previous IT support background, either as Helpdesk, System Admin, or Technical Support etc.
- Has extensive knowledge in Windows OS (7 & 10), MS Office & 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware/peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Knowledgeable in networking concepts like TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall.
- Ideally with certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or MCSE.
- Can speak fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
