Job Description:
- After very successful 2020 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team
- Reporting to the Head of IT
- Responsible for software and applications, cloud system storage, backup, restore operations and network integrations
- Provide the best technical support to end-users around the world
Key Candidate Criteria:
- At least 3 years of working in IT system administration
- Must have solid experience in Windows Domains, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Server, VMWare, Veeam backup
- Knowledge in Firewall and network equipment such as Wi-Fi, router and switch
- Good to have knowledge in Linux, Mac, IOS and Androids devices
- Retail industry is preferred
- Can speak fluent English preferably also Cantonese and Mandarin
Office:
- Cyberport Rd, Hong Kong
- Can work from home 1 day per week and expected in the office 3-4 days per week.
- Willing to travel for training and development
- Ok to travel occasionally to China for support. Ok to travel globally in the first 6 months for training and onboarding- including US, Europe, Australia, China and Thailand.
