Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Sr. System Engineer to join their team in Japan.
- Oversee software development, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead responses to critical issues and proactively mitigate risks
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in vehicle diagnostics
- Keep stakeholders informed and ensure teams have the necessary resources
- Ensure deployed systems continue to run smoothly while optimizing development processes.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, IT Security, Physics, or any relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in the automotive domain
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle diagnostics tools (both software and hardware)
- Deep understanding of software architecture and diagnostics tool use cases
- Strong grasp of software development, integration processes, and methodologies
- Business-Fluent English level; N3 or above Japanese level.
