Job Description
- After a successful 2021 so far and new projects, looking for Junior Sales/Customer Success Manager.
- Report directly to Head Business Development.
- Responsible in assisting driving new sales to completion, directing technical service improvements and manage customer service relationships to build on our success.
- Formulating an effective strategy to grow the business and local market share.
- Act as the primary customer liaison for implementation and ongoing operations for customers.
Key Candidate Criteria
- 2 years’ experience in sales/ customer service role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ideally has experience SAAS and CRM would be preferred. If not then at least some Tech sales minimum.
- Ideally has experience targeting financial services or pro services before, but this not a must.
- Previous sales experience in b2b ideally. Good at nurturing existing customers is a plus.
- Can speak Fluent English, Cantonese is a must.

- +360K HKD Annual Basic (higher for more senior candidates)
