Job Description
- After a very successful 2023, looking for new NOC Engineers.
- Support European and Asian clients based out of HK office.
- Maintain the operation of the company’s data transmission backbone network.
- Responsible for all network issues and resolving them.
- In charge with resolving customer service issues.
- Be involved in installation and initial configuration of company’s equipment at colocation.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Higher diploma or above in Telecommunications, Building Services, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Ideally with 1-2 years of experience or more; has basics to work in NOC.
- Knowledgeable of OSI and TCP/IP models.
- Good understanding of data transmission network operation principles and equipment
- Proficient with networking principles and protocols.
- Knowledge in IP/MPLS Networks and OTN/DWDM Data Transmission Networks would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
