Job Description
- After a very successful year of 2023, we're looking for new NOC Engineers.
- Reporting to the Technical Director. Will support European and Asian clients based out of HK office.
- Maintain the operation of the company’s data transmission backbone network.
- Be involved in their daily support for all network issues, installation and initial configuration of company’s equipment & customer service issues.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must at least have technical university education, telecoms, IP configurations.
- Ideally with 1-2 years of experience or more; has basics to work in NOC.
- Proficient in OSI and TCP/IP models, networking principles (ping, traceroute, Ethernet LAN, VPN, IP/IPv6), and channel-switching network operations. Familiar with xWDM, IP/MPLS networks (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS), and OTN/DWDM Data Transmission Networks. Certifications like CCNA/JNCIA or Huawei is a plus!
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
