Job Description
- After a very successful 2023, looking for a new Design Manager to join the team.
- Responsible for working closely with different cross-functional teams in identifying design requirements and priorities.
- Be in charge of the development and execution of design strategies of the company.
- Head the design process from ground up to production. Involved in establishing and maintaining design systems and patterns for the product’s and platform’s consistency.
- Practice and promote design excellence within the team and organization.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Design, HCI, or any related field.
- Has 5+ years of working experience in UI/UX industry.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Crypto/Blockchain experience.
- Proficient with variety of design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. as well as prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.
- Extensive understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi concepts.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; both oral and written.
