Job Description
- After very successful 2021 and growth, looking for new two IT Support to join the team
- Reporting to the IT Manager, based in HK. Working in an IT team.
- Support project team for IT Migration, switch and doing customer support.
- Sometimes need to go to client’s office and perform system checkup, maintenance and upgrade
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines Fresh Graduate is considered.
- Knowledge of CCNA/MCSE would be an advantage
- Customer oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Can speak fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin not required
