Job Description
- After very successful 2021, Board is looking for IT Service Engineer
- Responsible for software and hardware, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
- Report directly to APAC IT Infrastructure Manager.
- Work with other regions to deliver 2nd level support
Key Candidate Criteria
- Report to new IT Infra manager. Working with two colleagues in Beijing, possibly one in HK.
- Experienced troubleshooting IT issues in both local HK office, and remotely in Taiwan and the rest of Asia.
- Proactive and engaged, able to independently find other internal IT tasks to work on.
- Technically identify Oracle ERP (NetSuite), as well as Cisco networking, VMWare, and Microsoft Systems
- Within maximum salary of 30k HKD per month (x13 months, 17 days AL, Medical and Dental Insurance)
