Job Description
- After very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team
- Reporting to the IT Manager - Asia. Will be supporting Hk, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore internal end users.
- Provide systems support and administration in networks, servers and application systems, also provide regional helpdesk support to end users on IT issue.
- Work with vendors on IT projects, and IT equipment and service procurement and occasional Overseas Travel Required
Key Candidate Criteria
- Technical skills not most important. Should have basic IT admin skills but the hiring manager is willing to teach and guide if some parts are lacking. Good to have skills in Windows server administration, system supports and troubleshooting, also have hands on experience on VMWare, Cisco switches/Wifi Controller/Access Points, Windows server environment, Domain Control, Active Directory and O365 administration
- Must have good communicate and interpersonal skills, is a must.
- Needs to be able to take on IT admin tasks- Inventory, auditing, heavy lifting etc
- Stability- Cannot consider candidates who have been too jumpy in their careers. Candidate should be fine to work at level 1 in this company for the long term.
- Cantonese, Mandarin, English are all a must- will be supporting Hk, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore
