Job Description
- After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new member to join the team
- Reporting to the Head of IT. Managing vendors across Asia Pacific
- Work and manage the infrastructure projects and implementations of their systems and solutions into HK clients
- Be involved in their daily HK support.
Key Candidate Criteria
- 5-10 years previous customer facing experience, either as Tech Support, Helpdesk, Network Engineer, Pre-Sales etc.
- Must be an expert in IT Networking. Certificates in CCNP etc. would be an advantage
- Interested to further specialize purely on the IT side of Technology Services
- Implementation and Project experience as a Consultant would be massive advantage
- Can speak fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is not required.
