Job Description
- After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new members to join the team
- Provide daily summary of issues, fixes, and test results to technical team.
- Monitor, support, configure and fix issues in integrations / Dell Boomi processes and supporting technologies.
- Maintain operational services in middleware, Liaison with technical and business teams
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have experience in systems integration.
- Experience and knowledge of SOAP/Rest webservices, Javascript, XML/JSON, and CSV.
- Experience in any other middleware software like Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, or Mulesoft.
- Experience in supporting role including monitoring of processes, fixing issues, testing, reporting, and communicating to various teams.
- Experience of working with TMall and WeChat APIs
- Retail product sales, invoice, shipment processes experience would be a massive advantage
- Can speak fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin not required
