Job Description
- After a very successful 2022 and growth, looking for a new System Administrator to join the HK team.
- Reporting to the IT Manager.
- Provide IT infrastructure system administration, help desk support (Windows PC & Mac), and system operations
- Provide remote technical support for overseas offices, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and implement IT solutions and prepare documentation
- Be involved in any ad-hoc task as required
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management;
- Should have hands-on administration of VMware, network equipment, VPN, Windows Server, AD, Linux, LAN/WAN, backup, and recovery.
- Strong in Gmail and Google Workspace administration, DNS, SSL, RDBMS, and development experience would be an advantage
- Can speak fluent English and Cantonese
