Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Partnership Manager to join their team in Japan.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with eCommerce partners (agencies, marketplaces, PSP, platforms, 3PLs)
- Identify growth opportunities and lead joint marketing and promotional efforts
- Monitor partner performances and use data to drive revenue optimization
- Onboard new partners and negotiate agreements with favorable terms
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, CSM, product) to align partnership goals
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 3+ years in partnership or commercial roles
- Proven experience in eCommerce or digital partnerships
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with DTC platforms, logistics, digital marketing, and CRM tools
- Fluent in English and Japanese (N2/N3 or above)
