Job Description
- Design partner and customer solutions to enhance and advance the product positioning in the North Asian region, in collaboration with Business Development, IT, and Operational support team to ensure the most accurate proposals
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Business Development Department. Act as technical resource and solutions consultant for complex solutions sales.
- Act as a bridge between the local business development team and merchant on the one hand, and internal developers on the other.
- Review and coordinate the enhancement of partner solutions, also ensuring that relevant technical documentation and materials are up-to-date.
Key Candidate Criteria
- Must have 5-10 years of working experience in payment, retail, or IT solutions vendors.
- Must have an extensive background in pre-sales / post–sales or consulting experience
- Must have front-to-back payment process experience.
- Must be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- A basic understanding of AWS, Elasticsearch, and Scrum development tools is a huge advantage
