Job Description
- After a very successful 2022 and new projects, looking for a new Client/ Server Operator/ Administrator to join the team.
- All IT Ops and Support teams are being moved out of Germany to Singapore.
- Joining a local team of 10 in each of the Windows, Unix, and Network teams.
- Job will be rotational, day shift, and night shift during the week.
- Singaporean or PR
Key Candidate Criteria
- IT Education related to WIN or Unix or Network.
- Basic knowledge of Unix / Windows skills (Server)
- Willing to give young talents a chance if they are willing to learn.
- Advantage to have experience in Trouble Ticket Systems, Customer Communication Help Desk/Service Desk environment, IT Tools, ITIL but not a must
