Job Description
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Client Success Manager to join their team in South Korea.
- Drive eCommerce sales growth and enhance client retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives at major retailers and brands
- Use data-driven strategies to provide strategic insights and optimize business performance
- Partner with leading retailers to refine global expansion efforts and digital marketing strategies
- Advocate for product improvements that support long-term cross-border success
- Conduct business reviews and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
Key Candidate Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferable (MBA is a plus)
- At least 2+ years of experience in client success, sales, or account management
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, mobile marketing, and targeted advertising strategies
- Strong analytical, business, and financial acumen
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and exceeding expectations
- Fluent in English; Korean is a plus
