Job Description
• After very successful 2021 and new projects, looking for new members to join the team
• Manage a team of internal and external resources
• Provide ongoing application system support, make decisions that best resolve product related issues and appropriately escalate issues that require IT and/or business unit management involvement
• Create test plans for implemented software and provide training on software changes when required
• Will be the single point of contact for business users
Key Candidate Criteria
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Operations or Finance.
• At least 4 years of working as a Business Analyst
• Must have experience in developing documents for business requirements and process workflow diagrams
• Experience in retail, supply chain, order management or related as Business Analyst would be massive advantage.
• Can speak fluent Cantonese and English, Mandarin not required
