Job Description
- After a very successful 2021 and new projects, they are looking for a new Account Manager to join the team in Shanghai.
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in Singapore. Working with 4 other team members in the office.
- Responsible for managing relationships with existing clients by establishing good rapport with them, and farming leads to upsell or cross-sell for long-term success.
- Ensure timely payment from clients. Coordinate & handling adminisrative duties relating to invoicing, and provide general backend support to clients together with consultant.
Key Candidate Criteria
- 5-10 years previous Account Management / Sales / Customer Service background.
- Should possess great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality related SAAS products & experience in managing hospitality/F&B clients.
- Will consider SAAS experience not specific for F&B/hospitality, or has no experience with SAAS but worked with F&B/hospitality clients.
- Can speak fluent English and Mandarin.
Office
- Shanghai, China
- Ok to travel occasionally across China.
