- Worked at XXX in NJ, USA HQ regarding reflow oven. She makes a list of different spare parts and retro-to-fit, used ERP and EPDM system. Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and E-drawing program. Their main customer is in abroad. Managing and supporting global customer service team. Contact the HQ and responsible for contact between Korea to NJ.
- At XXX, focus on SMT technologies industry for semi-conductor. Mainly inspection very small components, heavily focus on R&D. She manages the Europe department, getting basic info, retro-fit, managing calls and etc. Working on organizing everything in details. She provides and help translate from technology term and 3 different languages. She was able to translate 600 pages of technology documents. Involved to oversee sales and order document. And joined international exhibition.

- When she was working as Application Engineer, she encounters a company from France. They are looking into several specific things with overprice stuffs and want it to be free of charge. What she did was organize a conference call, each team has strict rules and R&D team did not accept it. She makes two separate notes for each team to jot down both teams’ sentiments and make a way to make both ends meet. Manage and make the call shorter.
