- For about a year, he worked as a technical support engineer for XXX.So basically, what they are doing is troubleshooting issues for customers who are using the product, which is an antivirus, and mainly the customers are from XXX. And from there, he moved to XXX. So he worked as an executive technical support at XXX, supporting commercial users in XXX .So these were companies that were running XXX machines. So if they're having any issues, hardware issues,and etc. They are fixing it , And right now he’s working in the oil and gas industry. He is using software that is used in the oil and gas industry, and it's actually used for document control. So mainly, this is for engineering documents. They troubleshoot problems where clients are unable to do something or want to do something on the software.
2. He is an expert in software, databases, apis, meta data, troubleshooting, etc.
3. He works with XXX, which is an invoicing company based in XXX, and a SAS company that provides electronic invoicing and electronic documentation of the change. So he was level-two technical support there. They are supporting issues that customers have. They'll be doing troubleshooting, sending invoices, and taking payments.They communicate on the platform; they send documents, POS, and invoices.
