She has joined Pomelo as an investor and used to ran her own start-up and she was very interested in the start-up scene and they help small business payments in finance and they work on investments as well they also worked together in expanding in the Vietnam market. The team was based in London and helped set up the operation and she also set up the marketing and Sales team and the customer success team as well.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She has a strong background in building relationships with clients and investors and with the team and she can also build team and train them and get things going and in terms of clients she has dealt with huge institutions and the key for her is she is very understanding and makes sure that she understands what the clients’ needs and create a strategy. She also has strong communications skills, she also very analytical and numerical and she has a strong finance and banking background and she writes investment reports.
- She will also assist and sell the software in Vietnam and currently only advising the company on a part-time basis. She also helped companies take payments without the need for hardware and thus provide affordable financial services to any merchants
- She also worked using Forex and worked with Forex brokers and she also makes sure that they give the clients the services they need and she also worked in Banking and worked with corporate banks in Europe and she also did stock pricing and writing investment reports and she also has a strong background in the investment scene.
When she was finance she worked directly with funds and they work with bonds or stocks and her first exposure was to deal with funds and with stocks to purchase and it involved a lot of analytical knowledge and skills and she also worked on financial reports with CEOs and CFOs and provide investment advice in a form of investment report with fundamental financial numbers and evaluation. She has also used Bloomberg and for the Forex part she has worked with Forex brokers to make sure that they get the best price back in the UK. |
