- Worked as VP IT Governance at XXXXX for almost a year where he develops IT security, helpdesk, health check, data center operator, application emergency release deployment, BCP, DR policy and guideline.
- Has 10+ years of experience as an IT Manager and manages multiple teams within Retail Industry. He developed and managed CRM tools such as Salesforce, Dynamic CRM and other POS. Set up and ran E-Commerce operations in China, including their own website, WeChat.
- Skilled in implementation of ERP system and project management applying Agile Methodology. Experience includes rolling out for Netsuite, MS Dynamics, POS and WMS.
- With XXXXX, he supervised the IT support of 200 users plus 50+ retail shops located at HK, Macau and Guangzhou, and 2 medical service centers. Manage, develop, upgrade and maintain the computing platform, networking infrastructure and application systems in line with the business needs.
- Can fluently speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
