He usually supports the issues like inability to connect to the system, keyboard disfunction, incompatibility of application system as well as installing and uninstalling software and troubleshooting basic login issues.
  2. He is strong in learning new Software in a stipulated time and he can evaluate software for enhancing since he has a solid experience in software testing. He is also strong in working with the End-Users. Most of his entire career he is supporting end-users so for him to be successful on this he needs to understand the user’s work station, study the pros, cons and common issues that will occur and identify the things need to have a training so they will have a smooth production.
