1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the technology industry for a long time, around 20 years now. Prior to XXXX which is his own company, he had number of roles in everything from service integrator space, end-users, and was one of the youngest directors ever for a software company. He was a UK and Ireland Commercial Director for XXXX and had a team of about 50 people back then. Afterwards, he has evolved with other companies and has worked on both software side and hardware side; selling Software as a Service, integration, full managed services, and following that has joined XXXX group which incorporated about nine companies; it was initially an EMEA role and he was involved with life sciences sector and involved with go-to-market that incorporated all of their products across all nine companies that could engage. He also lived in the US for a bit where he built the transformation team, go-to-market, and such. He worked with Walmart as well and did about $186M deal with them for several years; the biggest deal they had with that company is around $1.2 billion. After that, he was published on Life Sciences and Healthcare where he managed to get investment for his company, XXXX, which is a Web3 blockchain designed to give people back empowerment of their health and life data. He is now looking in the UAE since most of the investors he has engaged with previously, has been from the region; including successful tech companies, web3 companies, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to develop a go-to-market and strategy that creates real profit fast. He’s good with seeing where organisations are weak and strong, looking at the gaps, and good with upskilling people to help them grow quickly. Apart from that, he is excellent with knowing the market-level problems, how to make the biggest impact on that specific area with the tools and resources available, and how to automate things as much as possible while retaining customer engagement advocacy. In terms of platforms, he’s very strong with SaaS, software-related projects, and not only he had sold those products but also had the experience of delivering them to clients within IT and tech.
