1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He’s a project manager with over 9 years of experience now and has used Agile for framework, has delivered several data initiative, data migration software projects, and digital transformation as well within both government sector, banking, and educational sectors. His last project was with XXXX where they worked on a school attendance data and ensured all schools within UK comply and share their data feed on a daily basis. He also worked for XXXX during his time with XXXX, and was with XXXX prior to that where he worked on two projects for banking and government sectors. During the earlier years of his career, he was a Project Manager for a university and helped an ecommerce redesigned their website as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his strong communication skills and stakeholder management since those are part of his daily responsibilities as a project manager. On top of that, he’s great with risk management and the whole project management skillset in general. In terms of the tools, he mainly uses Microsoft Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 9 years of experience in project coordination, management, and functional consulting as well in the field of government, ecommerce, banking, and education. He has more than 5 years of working experience with ERPs and mostly familiar with SAP Business One. He also was a part of an ecommerce company previously so he can be comfortable working in the retail and similar sectors. Well-versed with digital transformation and data migration type of projects.
