1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started with programming a long time ago and started with backend development with SQL databases then moved to Java Spring Boot professionally since 2011. He has been a Tech Lead for more than 10 years as well and started with XXXX where he developed web applications, SaaS, and more related to payments and exchange. After that, he joined XXXX where he mainly used Java EE as tech stack, he did both hands-on tech and management for that role, mostly for migration and architecture of legacy systems. He joined few more companies as a Tech Lead and his last full time was with XXXX where he was involved with their new international payment system using Java Spring boot, Camel, Kafka, and several databases. During his roles, he has done pretty much everything from software engineering to design architecture all the way through deployment.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be Java Spring Boot since he has been using this technology for more than 10 years now. He also has done some Python and well-versed with different databases. In terms of the industry, his experience is split into defence and finance/payment projects; he’s doing both hand-on technical (70%) and leadership/management (30%) as well for most of his roles. The biggest team size he has handled so far is about 8 to 9 people with about 2 tech leads reporting directly under him.
