  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has over nine years of experience in business development, primarily in the fintech sector. He holds a B.Tech in Mechatronics and is currently pursuing an MBA in FinTech. His career began in 2016 at XXXX, a neo-banking company, where he started as a Business Development Executive and was later promoted to BD Manager. He spent four years there before moving to XXXX, a UAE-based remote company focused on Web3 marketing and helping clients secure licenses across GCC and other regions. In 2021, he joined XXXX as a BD Manager and was later promoted to manage operations across India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. His responsibilities included setting up the India office, hiring a 22-member team, and leading marketing efforts that resulted in onboarding over 36,000 KYC users. After nearly two years, he moved to XXXX (now XXXX), where he handled multiple portfolios and contributed to over $350 million in OTC sales and $1.2 million in listing revenue from 20+ projects. He also collaborated with 25–30 IBs and KOLs. Recently, he joined XXXX under a contract role, where he is currently working in a private exchange capacity.

    He considers relationship management to be one of his strongest skills, particularly in the context of sales. Rather than focusing solely on presenting products and closing deals, he believes in building meaningful connections first. He sees networking and relationship-building as essential components to success in this space. His approach involves establishing and nurturing relationships, which gradually evolve into business opportunities. This method has consistently worked for him, contributing to a monthly OTC volume of 32 in a portfolio worth 15 million during his tenure at XXXX over the past two and a half years.

  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has built a strong network, particularly within Dubai’s crypto industry, where many major companies and projects are based.  He has established strong client relationships, which have contributed to a consistent monthly OTC trading volume of around $13 to $15 million. However, the company he previously worked with lacked regulatory approval in the UAE and operated only under offshore licenses, limiting the ability to onboard local clients. His network includes portfolio managers, HNIs, and institutional clients, but without proper UAE licensing, he was unable to fully serve them. Moving forward, he is focused on aligning with a company that has the necessary regulatory framework to better support his clientele. In the crypto space, he has broad knowledge across over 10,000 tokens, including DeFi, layer one and layer two tokens, and is familiar with DEXs, centralized, and decentralized exchanges. He recently contributed to a listing project involving Tether’s tokens XAUT and EURT.
