1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?                   
He shifted his career back in 2001 from engineering in the oil field to the telecoms and started with XXXX as a Regional Sales Manager for telecom products, achieving regional sales target through building & leading reliable sales. After that, he joined XXXX in Yemen as the Head of Sales Department, he built the entire sales department back then and stayed in the same area for about 3 years. Due to some conflicts, he had to move back to Syria and worked with XXXX as a Regional Senior Manager where they built new concepts in the telecom operation and managerial level concepts as well. After some time, he got an offer from XXXX as a Regional Commercial Manager and was in charge for Iraq and Baghdad, responsible for the 360 operation from technical, IT, recruitment, HR, and built the operation side as well. Later on, he finished his contract with the company and did some consultancy services and engineering services for commercial businesses in Iraq including digital transformation, ERP implementations, and such. He moved then to UAE and joined XXXX where he worked as a Consultant, supervising the relationship with the contractual issues with Etisalat and supervising door-to-door, distribution teams as well. Afterwards, he worked with XXXX as a General Manager for SaaS healthcare platform, he identified new market opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive the adoption of company’s innovative solutions as well. He went back to FMCG after that and joined XXXX as a Business Development and XXXX as a Business Development Manager as well where he again identified new business opportunities, built strong client relationships, and promote company’s expertise; currently, they provide natural stones to high-end clients including the royal family and such. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be doing direct and indirect sales; he has experience building a sales team and training them to build KPIs, in different markets including Syria and Iraq. Previously, he was also managing 11 partners for indirect sales, following up with their daily operation, distribution, and such.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10-15 years of experience in sales and has been in the telecom industry as well since then. Proficient and well-versed with GSM, Fibre, and 5G connectivity solutions and products since he has worked with an Etisalat channel partner previously; that’s why he also has the client base and network already in the same industry. Apart from that, he is willing to do outdoor sales targeting SMEs in the UAE market since he has been in this region for more than 4 years now.
