1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 10 years of experience in IT sales, starting his career after completing an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XXXX. He began as a management trainee at XXXX India in 2018, handling Apple product distribution across Punjab. After a year, he was promoted to Area Sales Manager, expanding his territory to include Punjab and Jammu while managing sales for Apple, Samsung B2B, and OnePlus mobile products. He later worked at XXXX as a Tele Account Manager, managing Microsoft Surface hardware sales and presales across Delhi NCR. He then joined XXXX, where he was responsible for B2B and channel sales of headsets and video conferencing devices. Currently, he is a Tech Sales Manager at XXXX, managing sales and presales for AV and IT peripherals across eight North Indian states, working with around 75 channel partners and supervising a small team. His overall experience spans channel sales, presales, and product demonstrations in IT peripherals.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has developed a strong understanding of a wide range of IT hardware, including accessories, laptops, desktops, workstations, and video conferencing solutions. While not a presales specialist, he possesses solid technical knowledge relevant to sales roles. His experience includes extensive engagement with channel partners, which has helped him gain valuable insight into competitors and market dynamics. He has also worked directly with end customers, providing product demonstrations and improving his objection-handling skills through regular customer interactions.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In his current role, he is managing presales and sales for IT peripherals, AV/IT products such as speakers, microphones, cables, and video extenders. Prior to his achievement, he and his team are targeting ₹2.75 crore for the year, having previously exceeded a ₹1.8 crore target by achieving ₹2.5 crore. Previously, he managed a quarterly business of ₹50–60 crore during his time at Redington. At XXXX, although the ticket size was smaller due to the nature of Apple products, he consistently achieved monthly sales of $20K–$25K. At Jabra, he handled headsets and video conferencing devices, generating around ₹1 crore in monthly sales despite the low average selling price of ₹5K–₹6K.
